    Finally witnessed The Abominal Snowman

Posted by Nick Gucker on 25th May 2016

Missed this when the UK DVD was released. Decent transfer, good sound and over all quality.
A seemingly straight forward adventure type film that soon becomes riddled with mistrust, paranoia and confusion. Nothing is what it seems or is it. This was a surprise of a film in the direction that it chose to go. Two thumbs up! Also, the old Himalayan monk looks like a poor mans Ernst Borgnine.

I was just happy to find a reasonably good copy of this film. I once owned an official hammer edition , but was eventually lost. this copy is adequate and just a trifle 2nd generation. however I consider myself fortunate to have found this gem of the cushing library..thank you.

I didn't anticipate that I could afford a copy of this excellent Hammer film until I found Sumo . The image and sound are pristine (to my eyes) . I love it . Fantastic
