Wonder Woman is a television pilot produced by Warner Bros. Television and DC Entertainment for NBC, based on the DC Comics character of the same name. David E. Kelley wrote the pilot, which was directed by Jeffrey Reiner. Adrianne Palicki starred as Diana Themyscira, a vigilante crime fighter in L.A. and successful corporate executive and a modern woman, trying to balance all of the elements of her extraordinary life.
The Wonder Woman pilot was expected to debut in 2011, but NBC opted not to buy the series.
TV/Workprint/Screener VERY RARE...HARD TO FIND!
Another superhero tv show that was not given the chance to air on tv for the public to judge for themselves on if it was worthy or not for a complete series!
This is an obvious workprint/screener because some scenes you can see the wires attached to the actors as they leap into the air, and in some cases "notes" were posted on changes that needed to be made to the scene and the invisible jet looks like a 3D model without the textures added....I really liked the pilot episode, it was cheesy fun!!!

Almost always given the most negative reviews I was skeptical going into view this unseen pilot. However, as a Wonder Woman fan my curiosity got the best of me and I bit. Adrianne is surprisingly well cast for the role. I originally felt she could not play up to the strength of the character but she knocked it out of the park. The action in it was awesome as well. The storyline suffers from what a lot of pilots tend to spending much time setting things up but you can see the potential for an ongoing series had the writing been up to par. I also think critics did not like the aggressive and somewhat violent portrayal of Wonder Woman but as comic book readers know this is exactly what she is in her contemporary identity. Not the pacifistic liberal Woman of the 70's but more strong and aggressive and dominate as she originally was in the 40's. The worst thing about watching this pilot is realizing what a missed opportunity it was for a series. As for the disc quality, it is obviously a download and a bit herky jerky to watch at times, but it is watchable and the only way to see this on dvd.
